SACK TIP UNITS

Sack Tips or Bag Dumps are available with integral fan assisted filters or for connection into separate dust extraction systems. Designed to suit any size of bag, box or drum the units are adapted to include bag compactors or lump breakers with safety interlock and explosion protection as required.

CONTAINER BACK FILL SYSTEM

Back Fill Units have been developed primarily for discharging PTA and similar powders at rates of up to150 tonnes/hour into ISO road going containers. The unit, mounted on an optional freestanding support structure, can also be supplied suitable for fitting onto loading docks. Nitrogen or air purge systems as well as liner inflation equipment and bearing purge facilities are included in the self contained assembly.

CYCLONE SEPARATORS

A Cyclone Separator design and manufacture facility is offered from customers specifications. Given full material particle size analysis and air volume information, Blo-Tech will design a cyclone to suit the client’s requirements.

WEIGHING SYSTEMS

High accuracy weighing systems are provided from the range of continuous and loss in weigh feeders, checkweighers and belt weighers manufactured by Sautelma, the France based Rotolok Group company. Utilising the Sautelma MiniSmart controller, the weighing systems can be customized to offer recipe handling and process control options as a stand-alone system or in communication with the main plant process PLC or DCS control system.
Whether supplying belt feeders, screw feeders, weigh hoppers or bulk bag filling and discharge stations, the combination of Blo-Tech’s process system design experience and Sautelma’s weighing expertise can provide solutions to a myriad of weighing and process problems.

MOBILE PNEUMATIC LOADER

A Mobile Pneumatic Conveyor designed to meet client’s specification for emergency or occasional use. The conveyor provides low pressure pneumatic transfer of most loose bulk powders and granules from bags, silos or process hoppers at rates typically up to 3.5 tonnes/hour. However, the attainable throughput is dependent upon a number of factors including the travel distance, the specific characteristics of the product being handled and whether a rotary valve or venturi feed device is used.
